Beautiful architecture everywhere you lookOn Day two Traveler Jim's group moved from Venice on to Padua for the day. |
Padua's historic town hall, Palazzo della Ragione |
We decided to take a local train because it left at a convenient time and we were in no particular hurry. Since we weren’t sure how far it was from the train station to our hotel, we took a cab. It was a good choice, since lugging our bags across Padua would not have added much to the experience! To read more of Jim's trip go to his trips web site.
View of St. Anthony's from our hotel room. This is the photo of Jim's that I will be working with to make the painting. |
Artist and Traveler Painting "Padua" The Artist is going to try and paint 14 different paintings for Jim's Northern Italy trip. To be able to do this I will paint them in the style of painting called Plein air (as if I were standing right there with Jim) And I will be painting fast and small to be able to accomplish this 14 day painting journey. Let's get going, lots to see.
